6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
We are not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to:

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If a package is marked “delivered”, the order is considered completed.
We do not replace, refund, or investigate packages that:

Cannot be located once delivered
