This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through the online store operated by Hall of Pain Deep Tissue Therapy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing products through our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered, as confirmed by carrier tracking.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Item must be free of damage, odors, stains, or signs of wear

Items not meeting these standards will be rejected at our discretion.


2. Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Items marked “final sale” at checkout


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only within 3–5 business days.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit.


5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Returns submitted after 30 days

  • Items showing wear, damage, or alterations

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Return shipments lost or damaged in transit

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with this Policy.
